President & Chairman

Dr. Droz Fenestor has more than 15 years of experience in the natural resources sector, including financing transactions in Colombia (CALVISTA GOLD CORPORATION – TSX: CVZ LISTED COMPANY 2009-2012). He is the president of D&R Canadian Investments Group, a private investment company that focuses on Latin American resources. He is also a certified physician, a post-graduate of the faculty of medicine at the University of Montréal Canada, conducted and published numerous research related to the metabolic system. Dr. Fenestor has extensive experience in the Gold Mining project and is known to many government leaders in North and South America. He recently orchestrated the acquisition of a gold mine in Colombia and the subsequent commercialization of his gold.

Martin Nicoletti CPA CGA

Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Martin Nicoletti is a certified public accountant with 30 years of experience. He graduated from the Quebec University in Trois-Rivières in 1987 with a bachelor’s degree in business administration option accounting. He is the president of SKTM Financial Corporation Ltd. He currently serves as the chief financial officer for several public mining companies.

Mr. S. Gabriel Shumba

Financial director

Gabriel is an investor, fund manager, Private Equity and structured finance expert. He also advises asset management firms, and governments on venture development, capital raising, and portfolio De-Risking solutions using structured finance strategies. Gabriel has experience at management and board levels at Group Shumba, Pfuma Funds, KPMG, PwC, and advisory roles at Goldman Sachs, Fortress Investment Group and Barclays Bank. He has over 20 years of experience in private equity fund administration, structured finance, risk management, investment structuring, and mergers and acquisition strategies across 3 continents.

Mr. Hans Charles Ing.-Agr.

Mr Hans CHARLES is an Engineer-Agronomist with over 23 years of experience in the field of environmental assessment. He has conducted studies on the natural resources of the mining area of West Indies and has published with the University of Florida (UF), the Scientific book on the terrestrial and marine natural resources of the coastal zone. Specialist in Biomass energy and solid waste management, he is also an entrepreneur and business manager in the energy and mining sector for more than 15 years between Haiti and the Dominican Republic.
